Personal training & group classes



Our trainers are friendly, knowledgeable and professional and take a real interest in you as an individual.


At your initial consultation we will discuss your current health and fitness levels, your overall wellbeing and your nutrition and training goals. We will then design a bespoke programme for you, whatever your level of fitness, to help you acheive these goals.

We also offer an online personal training service, ‘The Lifestyle Coach’, which provides easy to follow exercise programs and lifestyle tips to clients who want the choice of when and where to workout.


Workouts are delivered four times a week via a simple, personalised app, called True Coach. They are clearly set out and easy to understand, with demonstration videos and a messaging platform for you to stay in touch with your coach, to ask questions and provide feedback.


When you join the online programme, we will also invite you to join the ‘Lifestyle Coach’ WhatsApp group which keeps you in touch with others who are also following the programme and provides a great opportunity for you to share your progress and experiences.  



Whatever the weather we run our outdoor Boot Camps at 8.55am every Saturday morning at Purley Sports Club. We focus on improving all round fitness and stamina levels through a combination of cardio exercise, strength and conditioning circuits and teamwork based drills.


While we are operating under the government guidelines with strict social distancing measures in place, we are asking you to book in with Chris every week by texting on 07968 950052 or emailing him on


Cost is £8 per person for club members or £10 for non members.



We run classes for your children to help them increase their fitness levels, make new friends, improve confidence and set lifelong targets aound health and fitness in a safe and positive outdoor environment at Purley Sports Club.

Chris Ryan is a fully qualified tennis coach and has access to a number of courts across London. He coaches all levels from beginners up and also offers tennis specific fitness training and cardio tennis training
