Our trainers are friendly, knowledgeable and professional and take a real interest in you as an individual.
At your initial consultation we will discuss your current health and fitness levels, your overall wellbeing and your nutrition and training goals. We will then design a bespoke programme for you, whatever your level of fitness, to help you acheive these goals.

BOOT CAMP
Whatever the weather we run our outdoor Boot Camps at 9 am every Saturday morning at Purley Sports Club. We focus on improving all round fitness and stamina levels through a combination of cardio exercise, strength and conditioning circuits and teamwork based drills.
Just turn up! Cost is £9 for club members or £10 for non members.
SUPERVISED TRAINING & GROUP CLASSES
We run a number of supervised fitness classes throughout the week at Purley Sports Club, for adults and under 18s of all fitness levels. Contact Chris Ryan for more details or to book: 07968 950052
