What we do.....

Our personal trainers will design bespoke programmes to suit your age and current level of fitness and will work closely with you to help you meet your fitness goals, whether that be losing weight, recovering from injury or just keeping fit. We will put you first and will challenge and motivate you every step of the way.


Come rain or shine, every Saturday morning at Purley Sports Club. We focus on improving all round fitness and stamina levels through a combination of strength and conditioning circuits and teamwork based drills. A lot of fun! Open to all ages (16+) and abilities.

Classes for your child to increase their fitness levels, make new friends, improve confidence and set targets around health & fitness:

  • Kids' Bootcamp
