Group exercise and Boot Camps

Starts again on Saturday 13th February

 

We run a weekly Boot Camp at 9 am on Saturday mornings at Purley Sports Club (the address is on our Venues page) which focuses on improving all round fitness and stamina levels through a combination of strength and conditioning circuits and teamwork based drills.

 

We have all our own equipment and the training can be run either indoors or outdoors depending on the weather. We charge £7 per person for club members or £9 for non members.
